For anyone interested, I did/do studies entirely with hatching or stumping as a kind of workout to get my art muscles in shape. This is like a workout before the big game.

This is really, really hard I'm kind of embarrassed. Even with a decent reference you just don't know what you are looking at sometimes like, is that squiggly thing hair? Is that bunchy part a muscle...
