the real challenge here is the absence of the background :)
rendering and coloring of the dwarf (?) is superb, but I think there is an issue with his right arm. The perspective of the hand (or the axe) seems to be a litte odd.

If your goal is to be the best artist in the world, this could be very frustrating. But if you learn drawing, illustrating, painting or whatever...
