Another two master-studies.
I chose do a masterstudy of Bouguereau. This has been the hardest master-study so far. Not exactly sure why except for the obvious two figure composition which is naturally difficult to paint well.
Thanks for the tips Davey. I've downloaded your brushes and have deleted many other ones to try and stick to a more simple approach.
I think the simplicity of the hard edged brush is much better...
I think you've really captured the essence of this piece. I especially love your brush strokes on the horses.

I definitely feel I could use the time to polish everything but I thought it was important to stick to the 1 hour time limit.
