I really like your last picture and your anatomy studies are amazing.
There are only little things i would change. The left arm is too short and the legs pose isn't right.

i would keep an eye on the perspektive of the stair - there are some mistakes.
there are some horizont lines that make the painting flat (green lines)...
I really like the wolf - great brushstroke and loose.
I change the proportion and the background (i think its to much noise for a background). the pose look a bit stiff for me.

I think you feel disheartened because you did 4 little mistakes.
1. You choose the wrong pictures for your (value) studies...
your sketchbook is great
and your amount of sketches in such short time is fantastic
maybe you could do some longer studies - its a help for understanding some aspects like proprotion, colors and...
