I would suggest stronger values to bring out the character more. His hair doesn't look like it has any values in the first place. Also, the nose seems a bit off-center.
Way too scribbly and messy. Are you actually looking at a cup in real life, or are you drawing from your imagination? Start with big brushes and block everything in, and then work with smaller and...
You should probably move this to the Critique Center.
The bull looks very flat to me... try studying the picture Lhune posted... the muscles of the bull are nice and round looking based off of the way that the light hit them. Good luck!
That's better; the hero is much more visible now. The dragon's arms seem very small to me, and the right one is bent at an awkward angle. Also, the composition seems a little squashed to me... seeing...
I am assuming that she is cleaning herself like a cat would (?) Get a reference and study from there. Good luck.
I think he could have expressed that without coming off as a total jerk.
Right now, a lot of the faces are pretty undefined, while some of them, namely the man/monster in the foreground is sharply rendered. You might want to continue rendering the faces so it's even.
I think you need to learn on a more fundamental level. But of course, you won't listen.
The Critique Center is a place for artists to improve their skills and artwork. Every time you post work here, you don't listen to what we say. In fact, your art has gotten WORSE. The pictures are so...
No, you obviously don't listen. And if you don't want to hear our opinions, why post here in the first place?
I looked at his paintings, and he's actually not that bad...
So why does this picture suck so bad?
You really don't listen, do you?
Well, I really suggest you find one! It'll save you time and energy.
There are too many things still wrong with it; do you have a reference?
The main character's head is WAY too small and his belly isn't right either. If he does have a gut, it shouldn't cause his sides to protrude outwards like that. Do you have a reference?
I'm curious to see what an airbrushed face with no reference looks like.
Fixing the woman's face isn't going to make the picture look better, as we have all been saying this entire time.
The design is rather interesting... I'm wondering why the upper part of the body is so thin, while the clothing and boots are so bulky? Do you think that would interfere with running/jumping?
There are too many things that keep distracting me when I look at the character: the lack of eyelids (as pointed out by Mellangmongot), the worm-like eyebrows, the too-big head and too-small neck,...
Did you actually change anything? It looks exactly the same, except different colors.
Could you resize the picture to make it smaller? It's hard to see all of it at once. But, I'll offer some comments from what I can gather:
The heads of the characters look like they weren't fleshed...
Everything is too blurry and blobby to even distinguish what is what. There are so many errors in this picture, I would advise scrapping it and starting over.
How old is this boy/man supposed to be? His right foot is on backwards, his head is too big, and proportions are off in general.
Sounds like a pretty complicated story with a lot of different elements mixed in. Do a lot of sketches of different designs for characters and do research on different clothing/weapons, ect.
What exactly did you change? They look the same.
