Dang, who do you think you are, Da Vinci? Very beautiful pencil work, man.
5 star sketchbook so far. Subscribed.
Very nice updates, my good man.
Those landscape thumbnails in post #7 are really nice. You have a firm grasp on colors and lighting. Looking forward to seeing more of your 'scapes.
Lovely landscapes, especially the ones in the last update.
I love those sepia-tone portraits on the last page, they remind me of an artist I admire very much, here's an example of his work:
Loving that first one in the last update, has good contrast, clean lines, and great attention to gear (as always), good expression too. I think that the man in the last portrait has narrow shoulders.
I hope you're not dead or anything like that, seeing as you've not updated in a while...
But srsly, I eagerly await your next update.
Not even a page in and it looks like your rendering has become smoother, and your approximation is getting more accurate. Whatever you're doing...it's working. Great studies BTW.
Really wicked sketches. Especially loving the horse studies. I admire self-educators. Please, do continue.
This is quite a good first page of your sketchbook so far. Your pencil work so far is fantastic, has a unique look to it. Your colors get a little muddy in your digital work though.
I like your caricatures, good expression in them. Your landscapes aren't bad either.
In these gestures I visually studied a pose for a few minutes then closed out the window and tried to draw it from memory.
I wish I had the diligence to study anatomy as hard as you seem to do. Nice sketchbook man, thanks for taking a peek at mine too.
Loving all these clean character illustrations, aspiring work.
Those vehicle/machinery sketches are looking nice, especially the tank studies. Your loose linework is always enjoyable as well. I'd love to see more digital character illustrations.
Lol, I see. Even more impressive though, knowing that. Keep up the sweet work.
That Big Lebowski looking model is amazing, 3 inches of superb detail.
That mountain temple environment is inspiring, I love the deep shadows.
This is my favorite one of your recents I think http://www.games-net.de/hosted/sluggit/sketchbook2/43.png
Fantastic, I look forward to seeing more.
Those grim and creepy portraits are fantastic, good stuff so far. Keep it up.
Just wanted to say thanks for the nice feedback on my sketchbook and thought I'd check out yours. Your proportions are improving, those torso studies a page back are wonderful, I'd like to see more...
You've got some nice work here. I enjoy all the landscape thumbs on the last page. That last landscape is great as well.
The ones in post #2 and #4 are really good.
He's got a good start. I wish I could have been interested in art at such a young age. Lets hope he keeps his interest strong, he could go pro before he gets his drivers license!
