Hey again I'm working on little joe now and hoping to get C&C asap so I can really get him looking good this is what I have so far, I used photoshop and 1 brush....

I made hat a bit bigger touched up a few spots and added a color burn, kinda going to a book cover style.

Done using photoshop and 3 brushes C&C encouraged it's still a work in progress and I know it needs background. took about 1-2 hours, so far....
I will get started on this one as well, sounds like it will be alot of fun and I'm excited to see what everyone els comes up with.
I think it's beutifull piece any cropping would take away from it I would suggest removing the road and houses via ps shoulden't be to hard with the stamp tool

Although Madster may come off as mean and cruel, he puts alot of time into giving good solid criticizm just because he dosen't give you cookies dosen't mean hes not trying to help.

The nipple appears to be to large, is there another light source other than the fire, if not I think you need more shadows the left arm and leg appear to be lit from an unknown source, The...
I just raised the contrast a bit, I think it gives it more depth, but who knows I could be just demolishing your work.
I think it is a great start, I can't wait too see it completed.
