Yeah, nice stuff! I love how the demon in #622 looks VERY real/plastic. Did you use reference in some way?
I think the portrait is awesome, i also can't say anything is off.
For the second one: I think perspective is faulty there. I am not sure, but i think it's mainly because of the city/castle...
