I think you got some nice things going on here. My biggest crit is your proportions and foreshortening. Nicely drawn hands on your characters.
Watch your proportions. also try to rely more on the guides you set up for your faces, it seems like you put them down on paper, then don't really follow them. Stay light with your pencil as well,...
