I would recommend add little more blur Or change the surrounding black shade of the eye iris to lighter black (gray)
I hope you dont consider me petty I'm just trying to help :)
And I would recommend to tilt a little bit his nose to the side
to break the Hsimertrih and give the work more realistic look
once again amazing work!
I think the transition from the iris of the eye to the white part
is too sharp
