Thanks for the crit:)
You have a great start. I would definitely get the background worked in more. Just some abstract blurry stuff would work great and then work the wooden post up more. This will give you a better idea...
The parents and the kid seem to have the same amount of detail. You might try blurring them and the background a bit to put more focus on the lido. I like the emotions and subject of this one. The...
It's really bright and the contrast makes this one almost hard to look at. You might try adding some texture or something in the white area to tone it down a bit. Hope this helps.
These are all awesome, I love the stamp landscape piece the most. Superb!
Here's another drawing for critique. Finished up this weekend. Charcoal and pastel on watercolor paper.
These are very pretty. I love the contrast of realism and abstract and the way you blend the 2 together.
The background texture is very nice, but there is very little texture in the deer. Adding some fur texture and bumps on the antlers would give it some more interest imo.
Thanks, I'm working on getting new/more work to display
Thank you for your honesty and advice. I'm actually trying to steer my art into a more artistic loose direction like the wolf piece. I know the wolf image isn't as clean as the other works, but it...
Thank you and yes I have done a tone of tattoo flash for people but I live in a very small midwestern town with only one tattoo shop. I have tried to get an apprenticeship there but there just isn't...
THIS ONE HAS AN UPDATE. Some more recent work for critique on post/reply #10.
For the past 5years I have lived and breathed airbrushing. I was working my butt off to get a custom paint business of...
Thanks man! I'll check those out:)
Thanks guys. I will take that into consideration and repaint a few aspects.
Airbrushing business has dropped off considerably this summer and allowed me the chance to pursue some other creative outlets. I'm doing a bunch of digital landscape studies and then paint the good...
I like this one allot. The lighting is great. You might give her some eyes though. It looks a bit creepy that way. Good luck,
Angles don't have genitalia.
I posted this in the Finished section, but didn't get much of a responce. Like everyone else, I'm looking for a good, honest critic of my work.
Chasing Thunder, a portrait of Mike Lang from his...
Just updated my post. I put a couple new pieces in the first post and you can still see a couple of the older ones. Let me know what you think.
WOw, very beautiful and innocent. Nice work. The only think I can say is lets see some more . . .
Nice work. Looks like that one took a while. Is that a tear on her chin or spittle. Superb work on the mountains as well.
I really like the soft whimsical atmosphere. The drawing style reminds me of James Jean. The color is good as well.
A few things I saw though. Were did the leaves come from way up in the clouds?...
I love the last one. Very natural style to all of them.
