I knew something looked off about the middle eye... Add some eyelids there - everything with eyes needs to blink or else their eyes would dry up and impair vision.
Based on the sun's position, a lot of those rocks would be much darker in shadow than they are now, especially since the sun is being covered by the mountain partially. The rocks in the foreground...
The eye looks a bit like a nose from the distance. I suggest moving it up to where the third-eye position (humans - above the eyes, on forehead).
That spearhead is pulling my eye away from the general. Id redirect it pointing at the general, and deafen the contrast until it blends into the gray.
I liked it better when the head was smaller - keep those ears real big like a rabbit, but shrink down its head. It also seems atm that the body and legs are too feeble to carry the weight of its head...
