nice studies man. I would try drawing the outlines for the arms, getting the overall shape down, and then going in with the individual muscles, at the moment you seem to be sacrificing overall form...

the birdcage illo is fantastic man, lovely use of space. quick sketches look good too, nice simple dynamic lines.
ink doodles look great man, love the ragged lines.
Sick moleskin stuff man, love 'cracked hammer,' and the sargent study looks pretty good. colours do seem a bit muddy tho. still, nice work.

nice weight to the smaller full figure drawing man, and they may be a bit chunk but that particular one looks very realistically proportioned. really like the wood drawings too, nice work.
