I am going to have them silk screened by hand, so the ink will have a little bit of texture to it.
The name should be the focal point, certainly. But I think the wings could stay if they carried less weight: maybe make them half as wide and a barely perceptible grey?
I am not 100% familiar with Corel, but if you open the exported file, and reduce the image size (or resolution to 72dpi), then you still have your original artwork saved (at 300dpi, I am assuming).
