Just fill it in with epoxy or Magic Sculpt, mix the two parts and apply-when it has fully dried you can sand the bumps down.

I don't know of anywhere in Europe unfortunatley but this is where i buy mine from in the uk.They do ship overseas but you have to get a quote from them-but they are an excellent supplier....

Is there anyway you can smooth out the bumps with plasticine? when i use sculpey i use turps/white spirit and it makes it extra smooth.I think the ears need a little more...
