Things in the backroud need to be with less contrast and a little bit blurry, compared to the foreground.. But those trees (or bushes?) at the right side seem much...

I hardly have any experience with painting enviroments, but i think you should try to add some points of intrest into your paintings.. Some things that add life to them....
