Even at the early stages there is allready so much 'motion' going on bringing it to life. Keep it up my friend.
Yeah I thought diorama's were a sort of extinct artform. But glad to see that someone is keeping it up as I find them amazing, checking out each little detail that catches my eye. Cheers :)
Whoa, that Dreadnaught painted just made me stop and make sure it was the same model that you'd handed in :) It's amazing and, if it was me, I would be torn between keeping it or selling it to the...
Chocobo! Hehe, couldn't resist.
Loving the dragon and if I'm not mistaken it has a slight aura of Fin Fang Foom?
I have Chavant Hard and would trade for Medium but I live in England so P&P may be an issue

Looking very good btw
Hey Thagomizer, when you hit Summer 2011 (:)) and this is finally complete what are you going to do with yourself?
Well so far you've got a very good structure and the hardest part out of the way, proportions. I'd suggest you can happilly go onto the finer detailing now and not look back :)
P.S. The last photo...
Well done Heriberto, it was good seeing this developing and nicer to see it with a bit of colour :)
Oh how cool is that!!!! Warlock in 3D, I never thought
A) I would see it
B) That anyone could realise such a mad character in 3D
Well done Troy you connoisseur of masterific art!
Ah, and the little slightly mad artist hiding in brummie land strikes again!
Looks great and the wings are perfect, congratulations once more.
You know what, something tells me you're gonna pull this baby off and I'm going to be insanely jealous :-)
Hehe, cool :)
Phew has it really been since July where I had best of intentions, what on earth has taken me this long?!?
Okay here is the main project I've been working on tonight in my hotel room in...
I mucked around with hard for the Halo sculpt but found without heat it was impossible, this is now the soft that you sent me which I am finding much easier to play with especially with a 'mobile'...
Started mucking around with dragon head designs, wanted a break, made this...
Oh great work Troy, show us Warlock from the X-men when he's done as that was a great character in a Jar-Jar-Binks sort of way :)
He looks great! This is such on original not-seen-before-and-only-likely-will-if-someone-pays-joshua-a-lot-of-money concept that is a refreshing change from the normal SF/fantasy. Thank you.
P.S. With polyurethane don't forget your release agent or alternatively 'Vaseline' or alternatively an Acrylic 'Clear Coat'
Hello there Kaledrub,
Looks like you'll have a nice piece of art after this. Below is a link describing how to recreate landscape blocks aka 'fancy rocks' :). The process itself should more than...
Well done the hair is setting her off nicely and the other bits you're going to do should make this one of your proudest achievements.
Are you keeping her afterwards?
Way to go jumping in the deep end Corpsehand! This has got to be a challenging bust as Neytiri is a wierd mix of alien/cat/human characteristics and it's difficult to spot where one ends and the next...
Whoa where did that come from? It is ace!
All them extra little bits set it off and as Mah ' Crub said seeing the hands really does give it a better perspective.
Well done for fighting through...
I can't beleive you actually resisted going 'Raaaarh!' and stomping them ever so fine dino legs on the table :)
Haha, you have just pulled off one of the greatest signature poses of a Marvel character in recent times. And too boot you made it look easy :-)
Congrats, even with the tidying up work to do I...
