Your work looks much better on the 'real' paper though, you might want to push up the contrast in your scans a little bit to make the lines stronger.

Looks like a good start so far! What i find very useful is doing a lot of the small thumbnails like the last images you posted. Work with these to quickly figure out good compositions and lighting....

Thanks for the feedback guys! I agree with the lighting, probably the sky is confusing because it isn't really matching how the environment is being lit. I'll work on that!
