Thought it was time for an own sketchbook.
Sorry no scanner...
Crits very welcome.
Great start, might just want to enlarge those three smaller pages a bit. Keep it up.
Try doing some figures which take up a full page -this will give you an opportunity to explore detailing different parts of the body. I like the sketch of the woman painting the sculpture.
My sketchbook is here
Nigel: Ill post bigger pics from now on...
softocean: Thats my problem I always end up drawing to small.

Hey, cool stuff. I especially like the skulls and the octopus. I want to see more :rendered:
Hi, those things are great, i like the octopus but the reading skeleton is the best, keep posting those studies! :D
Ha, glad you all like those colorstudies. Still have tons of that colorballs... unfortunately I tend to mess it up when it gets more than just colored balls.
I just think too much in lines.
Also happy that you share my likes for voodoo, bones and fish.
So, some new :skull:'s and other stuff.
Still trying to get a grasp color. At the moment I dont really know what Im doing but some things turn out..usable...
Also tried some Acryl.
Nice line work on the skulls and gilr in the hoodie. Would love to see more posted to get a better feel for your work.
The annual update, huh? Looks great :)
Who needs holidays? I've been missing the drawing class right from the day they started.
Good start, some nice lines in the b&w sketches!
Thanks for your comment in my sketchbook. I like yours really too! The stone sketch is really cool. For me it's hard to paint some stones without many lines :,( Any advices on that? It's hard to "understand" stones i think.
