Some new pics and lots of older stuff.
pretty sweetass painting. love the expression and the tats.
Can you repost it just a bit smaller...I can't see the whole thing w/out scrolling.
i wonder how it looks without the noise filter :)
very nice! great work over in your gallery on cgsociety too
Looks Excellent man! The illustration from your previous thread was great aswell.
thanks everybody! heres the pic in smaller.
to wesburt: i'm a big fan of your art, your work is very inspiring, keep it up!
Amazing work... very inspiring. 5 stars
eh nice work!
very appealing overall, it'd catch my eye on a magazine rack.
one funny thing, kinda reminds me of arnold schwarzeneggers face in total recall when he was out on the mars surface.
Wow very nice, the sense of emotion is great. I'd hate to be on the receiving end of that club.
added some pics
mental. You have prodigous skill and flair in abundance. I'd say the first is my favourite. Got any more to show us?
thx very much, pete! will add new(yet confidential) stuff in the near future.
wow! fat man (last one in first post) and fisher-bot are my favourites :). Awesome light and color, post more )
btw, Michael, do you have personal site or something like gallery? just interesting see more of your artworks...
That's outstanding stuff! Everything, beginning from face expressions through dynamics in scenes to wonderful colors and level of detail just make me speechless. Dying to see more :)
thanks a lot! a more complete portfolio is at cgtalk http://michaelkutsche.cgsociety.org/gallery/
outstanding work, all this different skills and styles you show here
the oldfart is my favorite, the lightning and this guys expression are phenomenal; is it done in oils or digital?
oldfart is done in painter, but I wanted to give it a real oilpaint feel.
Amazing images!!! … and it feels really idiotic to give crits on such great artwork.. but in the name of constructivism, I’ll give it a shot anyway.
The first image, I think would gain some if the surrounding structures where not the same colour as the craft itself.
The same thing I think applies for the pig-flesh-humpin’-slappin’-fat-game (that’s really amusing btw). Just a slight variation of hue between the “two” actors here would make for greater image-interest imo.
The wall in the chopper-piece maintains too much colour/light in the distance, which looks kind of cool, but takes away some of the otherwise strong sense of reality.
The drool in the last one imo doesn’t fit with the guyes expression and looks somewhat glued on.
Finally, I will repeat myself – Amazing images! I like the fishing robot the best!
hey, cool tips cloister! i like the "dreamcatcher" piece on your website!
Excellent stuff.. that wall & helicpoter illo reminds me of Israel.. and I love the sheer awkwardness of the third illustration! Pure Madness! Keep it up man..
The helicopter has a damn sick sense of motion and dynamics in it. The way you captured the haze of the jet engine is something else. The pig guy and the bomb woman are...whoa, different. You just earned a spot in my inspiration folder.
I agree, brilliant work all round. I particulary like the helecopter enviro piece, it's really clever how you've created the engine haze...did you use a textured glass filter to achieve that?
The first image reminds me of one of the robots from the Matrix, so much movement capured, and I love the colours in it.
The pig guy is really well done too, attention to detail is tops!! The ickle hairs on his head in the light are fab! :)
F'ing A, you made my morning. You got a pretty fresh style going on in your paintings. I especially love the helicopter scene, very dynamic. It's very realistic, like how the government is going to build the great wall of the US/ Mexican border. I want more:).
really really great stuff! you have a lot of skill. thanks for posting these!-c36
Awesome stuff here. However, am I the only one who is seeing something wrong in the "knight" piece? It looks to me like he lacks a neck. I don't know what it is but it doesn't feel right to me. But nonetheless you got skillz.
wowowo,,, awesome dude i like the entire cromatic composition that you stablish in this amazing pieces,,,,,,,,,,really cool:}
