Ddddan! I love all the intricate details you put into all your stuff. It really makes it stand out from other peoples stuff. :D
Oh, and my little sister (Laura) wanted me to write this: "Sweet ninja turtle!"
Heres some more. Didnt get a lot done today, just some quick concepts for some more comic stuff.
I hate this winter soldier. But I love this wolverine. too bad I let his ear show through.

Haha! FF6 characters! Nice! Love it!
I wish I had done those. Your style is fitting for them too. Where's Terra? :P
The first guy is Banon, yes? I'm not too sure who the second guy with two swords is. General Leo?
Awesome stuff all around. Thanks for droppin' into my sketchbook.
wooo awesome. I like the gnome dude the most, and the 1st page of the comic. dont stooop
yes! some new stuff from the sketchbook, including an old pic of penguin from batman i decided to finish and a real old take on an OZ character. juggs is comin along too, legs are botherin me..
thanks for the viewwwssss
Great sb, some solid stuff in here. Pencils are the strongest pieces, fantastic detail and shading. Digital coloring needs work but then again, I'm no pro at coloring myself! Nice work.
Hey hey showing some love to ya bro.
Great solid lines as usual, really digging the shading and design elements you use in your characterization. One thing id really like seeing from you is pushing those figure dynamics and generally studying from life daily. As I mentioned on messenger, your really suffering from awkward positioning and wonky proportions. This all takes practice and time, but you'll get there eventually. Also try to approach your line work in a more subtle manner, your kinda rough around the edges. Think long smooth strokes and gradually build up on values as you begin shading. What I do when drawing a character or creature, is locate where i'm going to apply my lighting. I then draw thin lines around those areas and leave them empty as I shade around that. It really helps determine where your light is hitting the figure from, and assists in creating a focal point in your sketches.
As for colour, this is probably your biggest fallback. Colour is extremely difficult to handle if your amature at it. Most people who get into digi paints don't really grasp how colours work because they miss out on all the traditional aspects like oil paints, watercolor, prismas, pastels, etc (again, where studying from life becomes important). When your working with paint you find a source of light, This doesn't have to be a lighter colour of the skin, because even if light was a bright white glow, your skin would still react differently to the glare (have you ever seen so many commas in a sentance before?). Don't be afraid to experiement with different colors. Use a variety of warm and cool colours to define values for bright and dark shades whether its saturated hues or prime base colours. Mix in some violet, crimsons, orange, and get wacky with sage to create something interested and screams life. Really get familiar with your colour pallet, because its what will make your paintings stand out.
Much love man,
Your character design is really nice! And if I am not mistaken, there is alot of Patrick Lambert (Disciples game series) and Amano inspiration in there. If this is not the case, you should check out these artists' works:)
As for critique - BOOM! said it all.
Keep having fun is all I say:)
second one came out cool, juggs is comin along too. I say do what boom says, but yea, KEEEP OOOOOOOONNNNNNNN FUCKININI TRUCKIN

all the wizard of oz stuff you've done is real good, especially that one with the tin man/scarecrow duo. Yuo should do some more with the wizard!
StarbonesCoffin rating : Ohh my GOD 5 STAR !
More, more more more more please this stuff is good great !
Siccckkk, I love that last guys hairdo, & those wings are gorgeous
Nice stuff! You have tremendous patience for all that detail. I think your anatomy needs a bit of work -- some of the musculature looks a little wonky. Some study on the basics would serve you really well. Keep it up!
wow, nice work in here, high level of detail, I like!
The thing u need to work on i think is coloring. i dont think the colors fit together too well and are a little too sharp, or maybe that just my taste?
ARRRGGHHH! And here I am thinking Dan updated.
LOL @ Dave
Dan is the busy! >:D
those first two under the ff6 heading arent from the game >:0
although the first guy sorta looks like Banon
