Would you be so kind and take a look at new version of my Claymore fan art here http://www.conceptart.org/forums/sho...0&postcount=36 ?
I'm desperate to get some feedback, because I got none in 2 days. Thank you for your effort.

Tony, I just got my internet back: we had to relocate. Still in Afghanistan though. Haven't really been to the forums yet, but I'm looking forward to see what you've been up to. See you on the forums!
  4. Thanks, I thought I might mix it up a bit and throw some other portraits up here from time to time without needing feedback.

Funny: you and I have done a lot of the same kind of art. I usually end up dealing with portraits. Mostly my clients want to be painted with a dragon or as a warrior or whatnot. I think that my best stuff has been done when I have considered the subject's nature. So I try to get a little background on the person to see what they are like. I've got two pieces on "it's finally finished that are portaits, one's with a friend of mine with a white tiger, the other's with a baby and a dragon. Both of those are liked by friends and family. I find that when I use a subject out of context: ie- not in line with their nature, people seem to pick up on that, even when they themselves don't know that person. So if I have any advice on the subject, Stay true to your models: You paint really well, so their personalities are gonna translate to the art you do. Just my two cents! Your stuff is inspiring: I got two little girls of my own: it's about time they had their own dragons.
