Composition Presentation 1: Design Theory for Artists
Hey there Guts, thanks for all your nice comments on my sketchbook, I am glad you dig my drawings. To answer your question: For the darks I use:Generals charcoal pencils (HB - 6B), Generals Powdered charcoal, and vine charcoal. For the whites I use either Generals white charcoal or white pastel pencil. I blend with stumps(tortillions) and also, I use piece of silk cloth at times. The paper I use are various types by Canson. It's great paper, and I like how the front side is more texture (higher tooth to the paper) and the back is more smooth (which I often use). I hope that helps you. Thanks again.
