I hope you all agree, but every successful group whether large or small have some rules. I should think of a different word than 'rules' because it feels too formal, so we will call it group etiquette.
I am only thinking of a few so as to make the group useful for everyone.
1: At least ONCE a MONTH visit every members sketchbook thread and post a constructive criticism of their work. For this to work without falling out you have to also mention what you like about their work.
I realise some of you are really busy, but by doing this it will help members see their weaknesses and boost their confidence too. Nothing is more gratifying than having someone come visit your sketchbook and post a reply.
2: New members. At least two other people, other than yourself, needs to agree on accepting this person into the group. We need quality not numbers.
3: Enjoy the group!
That is it really.
What do you all think?
Rist, Thank you for accepting me into this group, the rules seem cool and I hope you didn't break them letting me in, Ha ha, the sketch book thing is good I think, makes everyone venture outside their own realms of comfort. The support will be good also. Thank you and glad to be here, Kelly X #8 member!!
Yes! Kelly x, I am so glad you are here. Good times people
