So I've been wondering, I really detest math and unless I horribly bomb my exam I should have the three math credits needed to graduate. My question is: Do art schools care about grade 12 math? I've checked out a few colleges in the area and most of them only want a University English credit and a nice portfolio. Do most of the schools just assume you would have taken it? Any help at all would be much appreciated.

Math 12 is usually considered an elective, so it doesn't matter as long as you have enough credits to graduate. So, no. No schools (should) require math.

Well that's a load off my mind. Thanks.

But don't pass it over and let it affect your overall GPA aversely. Sometimes scholarship money can be affected by a lower GPA so keep it high.

No, I'm going into grade twelve with a full calendar and can remove the course entirely without it affecting my average. If I did take it, I'd probably bomb and lose a spare, so I'm not really looking for that.
