Hey there, Concept Art-ists!

My name is Nick, and I fancy myself as a sci-fi/adventure writer. Over the course of about the last 10 months I have been working on a catch-all 'universe' out of general passion for it. It is only recently have I become convinced that it would probably be entertaining, and so I've started to put things down into scripts and re-organising all my written development material.

Now, whilst I think my writing is OK, I can't do art to save my life. What I am looking for is someone to produce some concept artworks for a select few of my menagarie of characters, all of whom I have bios for. I'm basically looking to see the ideas in my head in paper or jpg form done by someone else, so that I can visualise more writing stuff. If you get what I mean. I have a bit of money saved up to fund these concept works, but not too much, and so the price is something you will have to negotiate with me (so that I have some idea of what it will set me back). Hopefully this isn't a problem. Ideally the concept peices will be in colour, but some others will be black and white. My price range is up to around $60/65 dollars per peice.

In time, I may be looking for an artist to work with and produce a comics series (or several) based on my insane concoctions, at a later stage when I have worked my way through some business elements and gathered some funding, and so if anyone would perhaps be interested in that... well, I figured it was relevant, so I put it in there.

You can mail me at taypok@gmail.com. Thanks again!
