Hi everyone !
- first of all, sry for my rather vague english, I'm 1) French and 2) 16 years'old -

I'm not used to post in this section, usually I just stay eyes stucked on the screen admiring the mervels we have one this forum.

But, hey, here I am, 'cause I've few things to show you that request your critics, if you please.

(I'm new to the attachment thing too :blah: )

The last 2 ones are speed-paintings (between 1h and 2h) done in the past 2 days, using brushes that I founded on this forum - I've to make a research to tell u who did them - I tried to keep the same mood in both of them.

And here a few charcoal things, based on photos.

See ya,

Narmo, the French hedgehog.

Cool start, I like your approach with the charcoals, they show a lot of confidence and have a lot of great energy. Particularly the top right portrait. The speed paints have some neat stuff goin on, but I think they lack focus. Even though they're abstract they should lead the veiwer's eye around and to something. Anyway, great start and keep the posts coming!

Love what you got so far, the vivid lines in the bird drawing is fantastic. Great sense of motion.

Andy P => You're totally right about this lack of focus.. it's one of the numerous things I've got to learn :s But those speedpaint are the rare ones I did without any reference.
Zoroko => Thx !

This is what I'm more used to; speedpaintings based on photos; I wanted to learn a bit about the colors in landscapes...:
(and the last one is an entry for the teen challenge'mascott, cf the challenge arena forum)

More real sketches to come !
