I love the view of Earth behind him, it seems to have a dark outline going around it though, is this accurate? Also, the pixelated explosion looks a bit out of place and draws attention to itself where i don't think it's intended. Try making that more painted-looking at it should fit in better. Also, the yellow helmet seems to clash with the rest of his spacesuit. The background is lookin good :)

It's a fun and scifi-pulpy image, but the helmet really doesn't match his suit. It looks like it was stolen off a dirtbike racer. Unless that's part of the story, it's a little odd.

In fact, more than one thing doesn't seem to match - you have this awesome, gleaming dream of a space suit (quite lovely!) and then the space station looks like it was made with a 3D generator instead of any painterly quality, and then the explosion seems almost cartoonish.

These are just nitpicks, really. I think you've got a great story going on here, and just a little tweaking to make all the elements more harmonious would really make it shine. :)
