Nice sketches, try diffrent emotions on the faces.
I like the third one, you should take it further. Reminds of Sauron from Lord of the Rings

DRESDEN is right, I think more expressive faces will have a bigger impact. But your right, you are improving!

thanks guys. a couple of my previous posts focused on emotions, and i think that i got so focused on drawing different types of people that i forgot to add different expressions to the people. i really need to get in the habit of doing it regularly.
