Pretty new around here. I was commissioned to do this album cover a couple months ago.
The brief was: three versions of himself, one with daughter one with a crow. It was a bit literal, but I tried to make it visually interesting.
What do you think about the colours / composition?
Comments and feedback greatly appreciated.

I think the colors are fine. They make me think the music will be a kind of soft rock, maybe acoustic, nothing hard or heavy. That or something kind of retro.
The drawing is good, but the crow feels a little out of place. Is it an edited photo? It doesn't have the same quality (appearance, feel) as the figures or even the plants in the BG. I would suggest that you either redraw it by hand, or maybe switch out the plants with similarly-edited photos.
since this is an album cover, will there be text? You might want to consider that when working on your final composition. Right now I think there's some flow issues (mostly, there doesn't seem to be a flow, no strong lines or sight or anything), but if you shrink the image down some and place the text carefully, it'll fix itself.

i think u need sumthing more to tie the 3 guys together, they don't exactly read as the same guy. i would increase the size so that they're bigger.
