I'm not just talking about concept art related magazines, although I'd love to know about any good ones... Name any good magazines that inspire you, teach you, and generally entertain you as an artist.

I like "Illustration" which just recently started up. Their latest issue #6 is entirely dedicated to Bob Peak - who's work if you don't know directly - you've seen it. Really amazing stuff.
I also like Jim Vandecoor's Images which is put out by a friend and business associate of Bud Plant who's catalogue of books you should check out (www.budplant.com) if you like illustration and concept art like work. I'd go broke if I bought all the books he's got that I want.
My girlfriend reads Ad Busters which is consistently a little too over the top (conspiracy theories) for me to take too seriously- but the layout - the presentation of images (photo/illust.) - the integration of text are all really inspiring. Makes you reexamine the art you see everyday without realizing.
I also like Nat. Geographic Conde Nast Traveler for location shots. Time sometimes has some good photography. Spin usually has some good stuff in it. Wired still has some interesting elements to it. But I only started reading it recently so I can't say I really know whether its gone down hill - as others have told me it has.

Add another check to the National Geographic box for me. I've been collecting them since was ten...Needless to say, i was the coolest kid in school.

I'm with N.G. aswell. I also read/admire the PSM (www.PSMonline.com ..i think) ..they have some good pay layout on it, not to mention have artist work with them for covers most of the time. Pretty good I guess, then again, it is all about Playstation games.

Draw!, its an awesome quarterly, plenty of raw pencils and a good column on concepting by Paul Rivoche. TIME's a good one, great photos and story content to keep you up on reality, and the last subscription is E Weekly. It's cheap, and it comes every week packed with plenty of celebrity photos. And uh, oh yeah, Penthouse...not really much reading going on there though.

DRAW! is a good one. Comic Book Artist is a good one. Modern Masters (First issue 'Alan Davis') is very good... but it is more a book than a magazine.
Sketch is for noobs only. Some articles are like "How to make a good Lens Flare" ;)

HY!
Sketch is for noobs only.
maybe but it was one of the first mags about comic making .Today it looks like everyone is making more "How to do" books and mags than comics ,it's hard to find the good one .

p.s. reminds me of that time when i got my first Hobby Japan (early 90's) for like 40 bucks :D i just bought it cause i never saw that stuff befor or like that japanese art book ,they just had 3 differend japanese artbooks at that time it this comic shop and i liked the style so i wasn't picky at that time .
