Unfortunately something happened to my family recently.
I don't want to go out of state anymore.
So I began looking for art schools around the Los Angeles Area.
And I came up with these possibilities: (for animation, and hopefully some fashion design for a minor)
Woodbury University
Otis College of Art and Design
Art Center
I really wanted to do 3d Animation at Ringling, but since all this happened, I can't anymore.
At this point 2D animation isn't looking so bad. I just wanna animate, ya know. [woodbury and otis does 3d animation]. The whole minoring in Fashion Design thing is because I don't mind learning that, especially since I already make amatuer costumes every year. It couldn't hurt with my animation goals either, cuz it could be useful to know how to make costume designs for characters.
Those colleges were relatively "lower" in tuition compared to others, since I plan to not dorm there anyways.
Anyone have any suggestions on which college should be my number one choice? Or just any suggestions about the schools in general. I'm kinda at a loss of energy from this personal situation, so I don't care if I start off as a Freshmen again.
