Axis

I asked this question before, but think i may have worded it wrong.

Having great difficulty drawing a circle with axis, I can get it equal, but when the axis is tilted up word or downword it becomes distorted.

Could someone help out or have any links, please?

Any circle in perspective is an ellipse. So you need to practice drawing ellipses.

are both the vert and hor always seen as equal within the ball regardless of axis?

I'm not sure I understand the question. One of the properties of an ellipse is that they are both horizontally and vertically symmetrical.

No sorry i mean, are both the horizontal land verticall ellipses equal in prop regardless of perspective?
