The director is famous Thomas Linehan. According to his profile he either developed or was involved in the development of the Ringling Computer Animation program. He also served as a president of Ringling. UTD is really pouring money into their animation program and he seems to be the one developing it. Is Thomas Linehan directly responsible for the success of the Ringling computer animation program? He has been building the computer animation program since 2002 at UTD from the ground up. Every year more classes are popping up, but I missed their showcase this year. I figure I can't go wrong with attending this type of program. Anyone have any input on this guy and or the UTD ATEC program focusing on computer animation? I have been considering several schools including Ringling, SCAD, and VFS to name a few. Now I just need to get a good portfolio going. If I could get a heads up on UTD ATEC I would appreciate it. Thanx
