About circulism

hello everyone, i'm new on conceptart.org, i'm not very accurate with the language, sorry. the reason that impulse me to create a new thread, is about a technique called circulism, i think, created by magie tole or something, i really don't understand the circulism, i've tried a lot of drawings using this shading/tecturing method, but it never looks like the other people that use it drawing: can someone help me with this?? please, i'll be very useful for me an for a lot of artist. thank you, greetings! bye

From my understanding its just a bunch of circles in different sizes just used to make a picture. Perhaps post some of your art and I could help you better.
