Climax is one of the leading creative lights of independent games development and is currently working with publishing partners that include: Buena Vista Games, SCEA, Microsoft , EIDOS, Konami, THQ and 2K Games on projects such as Ghostrider and Silent Hill, as well as our groundbreaking original next-gen game for the PS3 and the Xbox 360; Climax is an exciting, creative and fun place to work and has an exceptional opportunity for a talented graduate or trainee 3D Artist to work on a stunning new sci-fi title.
The successful applicants should have a good knowledge of either Max or Maya with a strong portfolio and a passion for games. Your portfolio will show work samples that show models and environments based on realism. Very strong freehand art skills and good quality sketchbook content would be a plus. You will be an enthusiastic team player, be able to take direction and have the ability to work under pressure. Most importantly of all you will have a passion for video games and a desire to create graphically stunning games.
