Nice species concept, I like the way you thought out their internal anatomy and the way he seems to come from some kind of culture (clothes with patterns and jewelry).

Only crit on your nice rendering has to do with the dewlap/cheek, I think it's a little too dark and doesn't appear as rounded as the highlight on the lip or the skull sketch suggests.
