Hey all -

I'm hoping there is someone out there that can help me out - or maybe someone at a college that isn't a sculpture major but is acquainted with some...

I'm interested in going back to school for my masters in sculpture. I'm interested in making models (maquettes) for animation, mold making and also classical traditional figure sculpting.

Most of the programs that I've checked out are more modern in their teaching and if I see one more pair of really big scissors - I may stab someone with them!!! But seriously, either the colleges I've checked out don't respect sculpture for animation or they don't have a masters program.

The only school I've seen that fits is SCAD and I'm curious if there are any sculpture SCAD majors out there that could share their opinions of the program. If necessary I'll uproot my world to go to Atlanta, but also if there's any schools that fit these criteria in the northeast please let me know!!

Thanks!
