This is 8 hours of photoshop work. I just wanted a main subject for my upcoming web page.
I couldn't find any stock photos that were like this, so I just thought, what the heck, I'll just paint one.
Just three "colors" were used for this: Off-white, 30% grey, and black.
And so far, I'm liking the way this is turning out!

Ignore the hair. It's really not finished yet.
I'm done for tonight, so this is what I have so far.

shading is coming along pretty nice, and i really like the expression/pose...

but her left cheek is lookin pretty twacked.
if it's supposed to look that way disregard, but it looks very sunken in like she has no cheekbone.

the shading of her lower-nose looks wrong. but, not bad at all!
