I like this posterized look and it's colors :) the only thing I would change ( and this is just me lol ) is having more variance to the line quality to embellish the forms a bit.

This is the 3rd trinity, Mai, Morrigan and Hawkgirl are my most favourite female characters, so I draw them together! Actually they are drawn on several paper and put together in photoshop.

Not sure about hawkgirl’s pose and foreshortening, and Mai’s eye. I mean it is a profile view but is looking at the audience, does it look right?
