Of all the characters on lost, this one seems the crazyest, oddest, most intriguing character, and possibly the most memorable fictional character on a tv show i have seen in years, any other Locke fans?

I loved locke in the beginning... but I'm getting a bit fed up with him and his stupid decisions.... They really kinda busted him down to level... I really want to like him again though.

Yea sort of agree, first season he seems like some sort of great shaman, second season he seems to be having a nervous breakdown, third season he seems to have become John Rambo blowing stuff up left and right.

The producers of the show said that Jack and Locke will be having some sort of a showdown during the finale. Since the "Others" seem to be getting tired of Ben's leadership, it looks like Locke is shaping up to be a potential choice for a new leader.

I was assuming that Ben feels threatened by Locke w/regards to his follower ship in 'The Others' base camp. Locke beating the crap out of the Russian was frigging awesome and the scene where he locked Sawyer and his dad in the same room was incredible. I'm really glad that the series is starting to pick up the pace again.
