Not bad (especially the hair looks cool)
but im feeling a bit confused when I look at the left (not the one with the dagger) arm.. it looks a bit wrong, maybe the forearm is a bit to thick?

Nice line work. The pose is awkward though, partly because the upper arms look too long (unless this was intentional) And if you had the dagger facing away from the body more, it would help. Also, I had a hard time seeing the skulls in the hair. You can try lessening the tangles near them by adding dark areas to make them really pop.

I know, the perportions are awkward. The character is supposed to be a halfling, but damn if it didn't bother me drawing this lol.
Unfortunately I'm under art direction by someone else this time, and those were the perportions they wanted. 0_o

The drawing is well done! A minor thing is that the bird and the person's head is turning to different directions, so they seem a bit unrelated to each other. You may try moving them closer to each other.:)
