something I found:
This classic dream has a number of interpretations. It can literally mean that you are frightened of losing your teeth. It can show the beginning of a new phase of life just as we lose our teeth when we pass from early childhood and head towards adulthood. You may be worried about your self image or the dream may signify unexpressed anxiety.
and this:

There are a crap load of interpretations.. I think it could be any of this stuff... *shrug*

As brutal and twisted as this is, its hard not to just keep staring at it. There is merit in that in my books.
A very strong and forceful image.

mmm yum..
love how everything is getting 'swept' or being pulled on the right side.
about the dream interpretation... my bro, i think, had a reoccuring dream of his teeth falling out and it supposedly meant that he was going to have some sort of financial good luck. But on the topic of dream interpretations, they never can mean just one thing, there's about as many interpretations as there are ppl. As everybody's experiences and thought patterns are unique so interpretations are just bullshit :) just my 2cents.

Did you ever have braces Andrew? The only people I know of to ever have teeth-falling-out-dreams (including myself) were people who had to get braces on their teeth.

I've had those dreams too, when I was teenager or less. I sorta just spewed out my teeth. I think dropping the milk teeth is what triggers the dreams, and perhaps fear of body mutilation, no deeper meaning to it. I had quite a lot of cavities aswell (I never had braces tho). I'll probably get bad 'dropping hair' dreams soon, cuz I'm not getting any younger...
...anyhow, rad pic andrew.

I dig how vivid this is !! I've had that dream too. I woke up and couldn't feel my teeth for a minute. Scared the hell outta me.

Another great piece.
It's interesting that so many have responded about the teeth dream...I personally have had a recurring teeth falling out dream many times...but no braces or cavities or anything dental beyond that.
I don't know what the interpretation is but it freaks me out every time i have it...
thanks for the artwork
