User Interface Artist
Blizzard is looking for an artist specializing in the creation of user interface art. This artist will concept and create in-game background screens, UI containers/borders, item icons, character portraits, etc. The ideal candidate has strong concepting & painting skills, the ability to adapt their style, and feels comfortable working in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
*Design/UI layout experience
*2+ years in the game industry
*Excellent painting skills
*Strong knowledge of form, light and color
*Must work well in a team environment
*Experience with Photoshop, 3DS Max, and equivalent programs
*Passion for games
Plusses
*Experience modeling or texturing environments for games
