I really like the way you rendered the sea snakes, and the theme is pretty cool.
I think the composition of the picture doesn't work as well as it could though.
Right now the viewers eye rests in the lower right corner where the water is, and you have to concentrate to look up and back towards the warrior, who I assume is supposed to be the focal point in the picture....
I like the way one of the snake tails shows in the fog behind. keep it up!
