now that one's much better than your girl. move the nose a little bit downwards and keep your eyes straight (if you know what i mean ;) )....maybe shorten your neck, i dont know how u look like, but it seems kinda strange to me...

also try to remove the white pixels, they really unappeal to the viewers eye :D. I think the nose should be in a wrong perspective, you souldnt be able to see the nostrils like that, like this it appears as if the nose is viewed from below, whereas the rest is viewed straigt on
