This is more of a question thread to guage any interest for a possible commission. (if its in the wrong forum i apologise)
Basically awhile ago i found these wooden giraffes in a shop and by the time my boyfriend decided he wanted one there were none left. I have scoured the internet and cant find another nice one that is the right size and within budget.
What i would be looking for is a wooden giraffe carving type sculpture that is between 150cm and 200cm tall and my budget is £70/$140ish (which may include shipping) It would probably be paid 1/2 up front and the other 1/2 upon completion.
I wouldn't mind if it was made in several pieces as long as the joins couldn't be seen it would also need to be painted and have a base to stop it toppling over.
Shipping costs would probably also be an issue so this is probably only open to UK artists. (if you are within a 30 minute drive of Blackpool in the NW of England it could be picked up)
