up close it looks okay.. but when zoomed out flaws are obvious. Eyesbrows are too high, eyes are too far apart.
Is there anything else i should know?

really got to think about the perspective on this. the head is tilted down and away all the other elements of the face should be pointing down and away. also, a simple coloring trick (if you are using photoshop) start pretty dark and add lighter shades of the same color (try using the same color and using the multiply and screen options)in the direction of light source. lighting can give you a roundness you need here.
