Ecoline are a synthetic liquid ink, they can use like an aquarel, but the colors are too bright and saturated.

Ich is right, but you can change the bright and saturation of the colors by mix with other colors (ex: different kinds of grays, etc.) the company ho made Ecoline is Talens. They have a very wide range palette.
