Welcome to CA.org the best place to share your current work and get encouragement and constructive critism.

Your lines seem to lack confidence so i'd have to say you haven't been draw for a while. Get into the habit and stay in the habit of drawing.

The best part of the last piece is the hands the helmet should look alot more circle it looks trunkated watch for that.

You painted those glasses quite nicely, but you should take care of white spots and make the whole picture appear as a unity. The same goes to the colored soldier. Fill all the area with color. Things shouldn't be completely black nor completely white. In nature everything has a certain tone except for the sun if you look directly into it - it's white and after some minutes everything goes dark - you know whiy :) (Don't stare into the sun of course). Try to follow volume with your darks and shadows. Draw your hands. Good luck.

Okay thanks. Next time when I'm working with Photoshop I'll do that.

Yes I am quite out of practise^^ I stoped drawing a year ago, when I look at my old drawings (age 15) it's kind of depressing^^. I'm now trying to get better because in grade 11 I couse Art as a special subject form my final exam in grade 13.

Here are some sketches of the eye (5min. each to draw them). What do you think?

One more question^^ What kind of paper do you use to draw on. Because I would buy me one (if it's not too expensive).
What would you also recomend me to buy, now I've only got a pencil and a paper^^

Hi, what I'm using just now is an HB pencil and printer paper. No need to get expensive stuff,- just keep practising the basic techniques.

When I'm in the mood, I use coloured pencils; and if I could find them I'll probably start using my old technical drawing pens (Rotring). I might also mess around with charcoal or chalks as time goes on. It's the work that matters more than the materials.

Just keep playing with what you're doing; you can't learn from your mistakes until you've made a few!
